New 'Gediz' spirit bottle to be launched at the show
We will be launching our new 70cl glass spirit bottle, the Gediz as part of our exclusive-to-the-UK spirit bottle range. This follows on from the recent successful launch of the Yenice spirit bottle, which is now used for supermarket-own brand spirits as well as exclusive spirits brands.
Produced by a BRC accredited manufacturer, the Gediz bottle design creates instant shelf appeal, through its extra-large panel area for screen printing, transfer work or label application. The Gediz has an elegant and distinct design, suited to many spirit-based products with the option of neck label application if required. The Yenice and Gediz spirit bottles are in stock now at Aegg's warehouse in Suffolk and ready to order, with more bottles being added to the collection in the coming months.

Aegg’s carefully curated range of flint 70cl spirits bottles are ideal for a variety of spirits including whisky, gin, vodka, and rum. The ‘Yenice’ is on average 20%* lighter than other similar bottles available in the UK. The lighter weight makes it more environmentally friendly, as it uses fewer raw materials and creates less CO2 during manufacturing and onward distribution. Even though the bottle is lighter, there is absolutely no compromise on quality and it is fully recyclable.
*Based on comparing the weight of 6 similar bottles currently available in the UK, with an average weight of 669g. The Yenice bottle weighs 525g.
Water, No/ Low Alcohol and Soft Drinks Bottle Range
We have a growing range of glass drinks bottles starting from 200ml right up to 750ml, available in both crown and MCA finish.
Ideal for single serve right up to multi serve, they are suitable for both still or carbonated drinks. Our drinks bottles are iconic in shape with an instantly recognisable appearance.

Plastic Packaging with Recycled Content
We will be presenting our rigid plastic packaging with 30% recycled plastic included, making them PPT (Plastic Packaging Tax) exempt. (Read our article on the plastic packaging tax here)
Light Weighted Plastic Food Packaging
In addition, Aegg will have on show its lightweighted plastic pots, taking up to 30% of the weight out of some of our PP pots (including our tumbler), which reduces both the cost and tax liability of the packaging without compromising the functionality.
