My Role: Customer Support Manager
How do I make our customers' lives easier: I support new leads & sales contacts through their initial Aegg journey of plastic pots & glass. Looking after some of the smaller accounts right through to order and beyond. I also manage our Customer Relationship Management system, to include any bespoke projects that are requested by our customers. In my other life, but still with Aegg of course…. I am looking after our warehouse, driving the forklift, unloading our deliveries and then reloading customer orders ready for shipment. Not forgetting of course, all the administration duties that these roles can throw at me!
A little bit about my past: I worked in retail management for a good portion of my career, before spending 9 years in a more Customer Service focused role within the dairy industry. Coming to Aegg has given me lots of opportunities to develop myself and as our business evolves to meet the demands of our new and current customers may this learning continue.
What I like to do in my spare time: Being able to get out and about in the fresh air is what I enjoy, walking & hiking are at the top of my list. Cycling is also something that I love to do to keep fit & healthy, so I have joined our local cycling club, I even cycle to work most days…. unless it is raining!
